We’re Kyle and Emily. We first got the idea for city mud when Emily was searching for studio space here in Denver with little luck. Instead, she was throwing pots in her living room, tracking clay around all corners of the house, and struggling to find a place to fire her work. In such a creative city with so much going on we realized she couldn’t be the only one who needed a better option. So, we decided to build a new creative space in Denver. city mud will be a place where you- as a clay newbie or a real mud aficionado- can come create and get messy. Take a class and learn the basics, or become a member and gain 24/7 access to our studio. Come at 3 am when you can’t sleep, come when your roommates are bugging you, come for a night in on Friday, come truly any time that works for you. city mud is about the people who create here.
